I’d like to throw my hat in the ring but, bullet choice for me is paramount. Not sure if this is okay and yes I know deer and coyotes are completely different animals but the damage is insane,keep in mind I am 6’5 315lbs and no problem shooting the 7prc.
7prc 22 inch Fierce Rogue Carbon(180 Eldm) didn’t get wound cavity but did capture bullet, through the neck, front right scapula. Catching in the pposite side.(30 yards)

I can spot impacts with both, both being suppressed but don’t get me wrong I love shooting the 7PRC but the 22 Creed is so much easier.
ELDM/X don’t have the best penetration but the damage these bullets create is CRAZY!!
