Took my 22cm to an indoor range today. 46 yards long was the distance. First 3 shots with 80 grain eldx was good inside 1 mos with them all touching. Next did eldm 80 grain and was not nearly as good and off to the left for some reason. Went back to eldx was not as good as first 3 but still better then the eldm. So went back to eldm for last 3 shots and had 2 hole in hole from first round but not as tight as the first eldx 3 shot group. Was my first 3 shots the best as the barrel was not warmed up? I didn’t shoot fast but not slow either I would say maybe 1-2 minutes between all shots. The suppressor was too hot to touch at the end of shooting. My 22cm is a odinworks 22 inch barrel on a Ruger American gen 2. I’m happy with it so far.
Good to hear a report on that Odin barrel. That’s a good budget way to get a 22 creed so I’ve been wanting to try it out.
What was your support setup? Bipod and rear sandbag?
Thanks Jim so far so good on it. I was using an old lead sled not the best setup certainly. I’m just an average shooter with no training. My 11 year old is better if we go by our last pellet gun competition lol
