Jim any news at shot show about ruger or anyone with a budget offering in 22 creed?
Bergara is the only one I’ve heard of so far. Seems like I heard Seekins might offer it, but that may have been a semi-custom
build from them.
I’m hoping Horizon is at the Western Hunt Expo, I’d like a chance to see their products in person. Really like their Exo X stocks (Iota). I want to see if they offer a faster twist rate though. I’m aiming to shoot the 88 ELDM’s, but It requires a 1:7 twist. Could probably get away with a 1:7.5

Don’t recall seeing that. I do know that Odin works makes a cheap barrel that is a prefit for a ruger American in 22 creedmoor. I think that’s the cheapest way to get in right now.
Does it matter what caliber you purchase in the ruger American gen 2 before having the barrel Odin 22 CM barrel put on?
Yes. You’d want it short action and the same size bolt face. 308 Winchester would be easy to convert.
