I have an older aluminum .22LR rated suppressor and want to upgrade to a more modern one (it’s working itself apart and the company is no longer in business). What is everyone’s go to for .22 cal? I know the Sparrow gets alot of press based on cost, but it seems to suffer from first round pop (and I only need the first round to dispatch armadillos).

I use the Sparrow and I’ve liked it. But I always shoot subsonic with it.
Several of the guys I shoot with have these and LOVE them. Pricey for sure, but we have put several thousand rounds through them with no hiccups.
I own the Dead Air ,Ruger 22 and the Banish I would give the nod to the Dead Air but honestly it’s close they all do nice job.

I use Huxwrx Flow on my 5.56’s. AB Raptor on my deer rifles. Huxwrx just came out with the Flow 22. I got one and really like it. It is titanium so very light. Put it on the new Rger 10/22 Carbon. weighs 4 pounds
