6.5 PRC and Hornady issue

I have posted in a thread n here about this issue. After a ton of work this is where I am and I would like alittle input.

I have a Bergara HMR Premiere in 6.5 PRC it would not feed from the mag. Called Bergara FYI I find to be a useless act. They said it was mag issues and sent me a new one. Guess what, not a mag issue.
Single feeding worked pretty well. I initially had not a big issue while I was shooting the Hornady Match. I switched to the Prec Hunter. Problem got much worse. When I free feed the projectile was lodging in the lands. If I eject it unseats the projectile. I then have to punch the bore.
Measurement of the overall length is 2.9515 after feeding it is shorter.
I took a rifle to 2 gunsmiths and found nothing wrong with the rifle. I was told to try another brand. So I did.
Federal cartridges at 2.8610. No feeding or seating issues. Runs and chambers just fine.
I talked to Hornaday they said I was wrong and my rifle was dirty. I am here to tell you my rifle is crazy clean.
research show the chamber should be 2.9. I think the ammo is too long.
I have told to take it back to gunsmith have them open free space up.
Sorry about the length What say you?

I would measure the loaded ammo from a couple brands. Measure from base to ogive and not COAL, as that is pretty irrelevant in this case.

Then, measure the headspace of the rifle with an OAL gauge.

With those numbers, we’ll know right away if the chamber is cut too short.
