7mm 150 vs 160 cx bullets

Jim, I bought a OMR barrel in 280 ai. Wondering if you tried the 160 cx as well compared to your 150. Just looking for a little heavier bullet. Anyone else have experience as well?

I haven’t tried the 160. The reason I chose the 150 is just that I usually go to the lightest copper bullet in a caliber (but keeping bc in mind).

The reason is that I’m already going to get max penetration with copper, so I’d prefer the velocity of the lighter bullet, which in most cases outperforms the bc gain of the heavier one.
