Adding length of pull for taller shooters

I’m looking for some sort of universal option for adding length of pull to my rifles. I have a Springfield Waypoint 6.5 PRC, and a CVA Cascade 30-06. I’m 6’7", and both feel like I’m snugged up way too close to the the rifle, really every long gun I hold feels too long. If I had a 3d printer, and knew how to use it I could just make some stuff but I’m nowhere near doing that. Do y’all know of any options that will work for general spacer options? Jim y’all should add extensions as an option with the backstop recoil pads, also I will be ordering more in the future because I absolutely loved the one I had for my B14. I’m thinking about getting an AG Composites stock for my Cascade because I love it soo much on my Springfield Waypoint, but a universal option of spacer plates that will fit my Waypoint would be perfect. I just can’t find any kind of specific fit info on any of the universal options out there.

We’re working on it and should have that option in a couple months.

However, we can’t make our pad or spacers for AG Composites or the Springfield 2020 Waypoint because they glue their pads to the stock instead of just using normal screws.

Yeah I have figured that one out talking to them today about it. I am thinking about just getting a poly sheet for it, cutting off the rubber, extending the length of pull and creating a screw in option with some of those melt in screw certs in the process so I don’t have to cut into the carbon fiber to add anything. They informed me that they use a 60/30 evercoat epoxy to attach their recoil pads. I need to do something though because it feels like I’m shooting a kids gun with almost every gun, and I’m certain that I’m missing out on some accuracy improvements. I have been able to shoot 3 groups below 1moa with the rifle but it was super difficult and uncomfortable. However for the price my Springfield is hands down the nicest rifle I’ve ever had, or shot. I absolutely love that thing, but I don’t think I can invest much more money in rifles for quite some time except for adding small things to what I already have here and there.

You could just glue on a new pad instead of screw inserts. Bob Smith Maxi Cure is the best glue to do it.

You have a great point. I’m probably overcomplicating it with the screws lol. Now I just need to get some length of pull extensions put together and get me a backfire recoil pad that matches up enough so I can epoxy everything together. Do you know off the top of your head what would be a close enough match to the waypoint? I’ll have to wait till January to order everything but I’m hell bent on making that rifle absolutely perfect for me. On a side note, I just watched your video on the Bergara barreled receivers, and the gears are turning in my noggin for my next rifle lol.
