I just bought a CVA Scout XP short barrel 350 Legend. It will get limited use. This is mainly for my daughter as it is small and adjustable. I don’t think we would ever shoot it over 200 yards and it will likely be shot at 50-100 yards based off the stand she prefers. What is an affordable scope for this setup, but still a quality scope for the price range? I’d like at least a 15 power for zeroing at 100 yards, but I doubt we would use more than 7ish magnification while hunting. Most of my scopes are $1000+ and don’t need that quality for this gun. Is there a discovery scope people recommend?
I’d look at a Burris Fullfield 4-16x50 model number 201553 they’re in that $200 range, as I have one on my limited use guns very clear. There a 1” tube but doesn’t matter as your looking make the long range adjustments etc…if you have a BiMart near by, you can get them under $200, or go to BiMart.com and make Scheels or whoever price match
Thanks. I looked at this one in the past for a similar need and had forgotten all about it.
