I see they are announcing another release, curious if anyone out there has one that they can do a review? And maybe talk about any differences between it and another couple cans?
I’ve got ZG 30 waiting for me at my gunsmith. I’m just finishing paperwork for it, but should be able to give a review here in a month or so. It was a bit of a backwards process because I’m doing the paperwork on the backend because it was a brand new release.
The other suppressor I am using right now is a Dead Air Nomad Ti XC which has been excellent so should be good test to see how it compares.
Based on what I’ve read from others with experience using other ZG models, I’m expecting it to be more quiet, but to heat up quicker. One thing I will be watching for is high back pressure. I’ve seen a report that higher volume shooting can cause pressure spikes with the ZG can because of the high back pressure.
Thanks looking forward to it! I currently have old dependable, SilencerCo Omega 300, and got talked into a Resilient Jolene S 30, but haven’t been impressedwith it. At first that Jolene S seem legit, and handled and tamed my 300 wby.. but about 15 rounds through it that 1st baffle blew out, sent in under warranty, and the replacement can is loud! Like need hearing protection loud on even a 6.5 creedmoor. So I’m looking at the Airlock 30, the Tenat Limited 30, or Stealth Aditive works OREV 30. But the crappy thing is these are all 3 cans not available on Silencer Shop… and looking at $100 transfer fee just to ship one in….
