ANECHOX 30 suppressor?

I was rewatching Jim’s video on the Christensen Arms Mesa today, as I was tempted on looks by at getting there new evoke… but in the middle of the video Jim got a new suppressor called the “ANECHOX 30” curious on a long term review? As they’re offering free tax stamp on Silencer shops web site. Because I was going to get a buy SilencerCo Scythe TI.

Side note-why doesn’t Backfire do a suppressor video sometime with different suppressors?

I’ve been happy with it. I think it’s generally a good suppressor. I think a good suppressor review would be great. I’ll get to work on that but my knee-jerk reaction is my favorite is the dead air nomad so far.

I am partial to the Huxwrx Flow suppressors. The design “flows” the back flow in a swirl out the front of the suppressor. Benefit is less back pressure blowing back through the action in your face.

Blow back not that big of a deal when going on a bolt gun with 20”+ barrels, weight, size, noise reduction in that order wins out for me

I use the AB Raptor on my bolt guns

I have a RESILIENT JOLENE S, it’s nice and lightweight, great sound… just concerned about durability… about 15 rounds into my 300 weatherby backcountry w/26” barrel I blew out the first baffle. Got it fixed, but kind’of think that if you look at the hub it has a nut on the end and comes standard with the 5/8” thread, I put the silencerco 1/2x28 hub on and it’s flush mounted, so that puts the end of the barrel about a 1/4” closer to the 1st baffle which I believe caused the blow out…. I own the SilencerCo Omega 300 love that can and it really tames my 300, but it’s heavy, so just looking for a lightweight can for my gun, so that’s why the SCYTHE TI, nomad ti’s, and the rugged Alaskan 360 Ti are on my list. Mad that the dealer screwed my order at the end of July on the Scythe ti, when it was offered with a free tax stamp and $200 credit at SilencerCo… But I’ll wait until Black Friday as I’m sure there will be some great deals on suppressors!

I have several different kinds of suppressors, including the Scythe Ti. While the Scythe is Ok, Recoil reduction and sound suppression are meh IMO. Thunderbeast are my favorite mostly 9 inch models but the sevens are good for hunting being light and decent recoil reduction and very good sound reducing.
