Are riffled choke usefull for deer hunting?

I have a smoothbore 12 gauge and would like to improove accuracy for 75 yards maximum.

I doubt that would work but have never tried it. Can you get a rifled barrel for the gun? For example, Mossberg 500s are easy to do this with. I have one in 12 gauge and it came with two different barrels. But you can also just order the barrels separately.

Thank you, I do not know if they make rifled barrel for Franchi affinity 3, It they do , they are not available.

For those who might be interested, I just installed a Carlson riffled choke on my Affinity 3 and it is perfect, never been so accurate with this shotgun, sub 1 inch group at 50 yards. (that’s the distance of my deer hunting set up).
