What the latest with an africa hunt. I attended an outdoors show this past weekend and they had several hunts available and i was curious to what was the update on the backfire one.

Sorry we’ve been slow getting info out. We are still talking with the outfitter and trying to out details together.

When you do get info i would be extremely interested! I looked into a few as well and there seems to be plenty of hidden Fee’s. I am currently trying to book one for the next calendar year.
David, I have an opportunity for you and the @backfire community.
I purchased a South Africa trophy impala hunt at a WTU “Whitetails Unlimited” banquet, that is 1WK hunt all-inclusive and I can add hunters to my contract not to exceed 14ppl for $1,000 per hunter, flights not included.
So, you get the same benefits of the contract that I have and along with the impala you get two gift certificates, $250.00 towards taxidermy and another $250.00 for customs clearance.
The hunt is planned for the end of July 2025 (7/25-7/31) and you can add any plains game species to the hunt that you would like for an added cost and they would be an ala cart from the outfitters list.

I have room to add a limited number of hunters and I am willing to open the empty spots up to the backfire group.
I am NOT an outfitter or affiliated with the Africa outfitter and I am just a hunting backfire member with an opportunity I am willing to offer if interested.
