Hi Jim @backfire its been a minute since we have heard anything about your rifle chassis? How is that going? Do you have any news to share with us? Or maybe some specs or pictures?
Hoping to get some pics out soon. We got a prototype out last week and we were just trying to pack too many features in. I think the design was a little too complex and odd. So we are redesigning the buttstock from the ground up (again).
I’m hoping we’ll have a version we can show pics of in the next 10 days, but that’s only if we don’t run into more snags.
The design is gonna be polarizing. I am absolutely in love with it, but I’m sure there will be a lot of people that don’t like it.
Polarizing? Can’t be worse than GRS Beserk… that’s about a out there as I’ve seen and its not bad at all.
Butstock wise - modularity would be cool. Stripped for hunting and built up for comp.
What rifles/action do you plan to fit your chassis for?
I wish someone would make a chassis for the CVA Cascade line.
We’re specifically designing it to make it extremely compatible with just about any factory rifle. We plan to have over 15 inlets for different rifles, but it will be a slow roll out. We want to absolutely perfect each inlet before adding another.
Im excited to see how it takes off. Your very diversified what a legacy for your family. Your blessed.
I’m hoping we’ll have a version we can show pics of in the next 10 days, but that’s only if we don’t run into more snags.
Hey Jim, fair to assume you hit some snags? I was wondering if you’re at a place where you could share a few things - like weight and wether or not this stock could go from the range as a comp. gun to the mountains as a “light” weight rifle?
