Is the late October date still valid for the Browning Short Action chassis? I just saw you mentioned you’re redesigning the buttstock in a different thread.
I honestly don’t know.
Whenever we add a new inlet for a different rifle, we have the problem that anytime we make future improvements, we would need to make those changes for every single inlet. So improvements become far more difficult to make.
Right now, we are going through every single part of the chassis and essentially making a version three of all of them so that it is the final complete best it can ever be version you saw the buttock redesign and then we’re gonna make a couple tiny tweaks on the core and a little tweak on the hand guard and grip.
We have the Tika coming out very soon as soon as we’re done with the buttock, but then we’re going to work on tweaks to the core and hand guard and grip before we move to the next inlet.
I think it’s reasonable that we could get there by late October but I don’t want to rush it and make anything less than the best we can do.
Thanks, that’s fair. In reality, there’s so little aftermarket support for Browning rifles that waiting a little longer isn’t that big a deal.
