Just got my wife a Ruger American Gen 2 7MM-08 for her first Big game hunting rifle. I wanted to put a backstop pad on it for her. Will there ever be a Backstop pad offered for the Ruger American Gen 2?
There definitely will be one but it’s complicated to manufacture. We are working on it though.
Old topic, but seems reasonably relevant.
@backfire Jim, is there a recoil pad for the Woox sporter stock? I’ve been bitten by the scout rifle bug and one of the items I intend to get for my Gen 2 is a Woox stock. T’would be sweet with a Backstop on it.
I don’t think we make that one yet
If by the time I acquire mine and you’ve not gotten on in the lineup I’ll gladly send my stock as a prototype.
