Hey guys I’m wondering what everyone experienced with shipping times on the backstop pad I am up in British Columbia Canada so I expect it to take a bit just curious if anyone had an idea?
From Utah to my home in Wa, about a week.
I’m actually not sure on what the realistic shipping time is to Canada but our software says 7-10 days is normal. Right now we’re backed up because we had a raw material shortage but we should get resupplied in the next two days and we can crank!
I ordered my pad on Friday July 17 it currently shows it is in New York so we’ll see what happens I’m in no rush but was just curious on a general timeline to plan a range day when I get it
Woah! So it was shipped but stopped in New York on the 17th? I bet the post office lost the package. Email help@backfireshop.com and Maddy will check on it.
