Backstrap Suppressor Cover questions

I am looking into getting a Scythe TI 30 cal can and wanted to know if your Backstrap suppressor cover would be a good fit for its wide 1.73” diameter? Also what would the weight be in oz for the 5.5” version and the 8” version?

Thank you for your time!

I’m yet to find a suppressor that our suppressor cover is too big for. So I don’t think you’ll have any problem with the diameter.

I don’t have any suppressor covers that are not in the sealed packaging right now, but I checked the 5.5 inch version and it weighs 2 ounces exactly in the packaging. The 8 inch version weighs 2.5 ounces exactly. Remember that both of those weights include the lightweight packaging.

Thank you sir!

@DavidCope9012 Have you seen these threads about the Scythe? Not sure I’d chance it unless you plan on using it on a smaller non-magnum caliber. Figured I’d pass this along so you made an informed decision…

I had mine blow on me at the range. Makes me nervous to hunt with it now. I love my dead air nomad Ti though, and euro optic has them all the time for $819. I will say, they had it back to me re welded with new baffles within 72 hours
