Bergara Premier Bolt assemble in a B14 gun

I have a B14 hunting rifle. Recently I have grown to be slightly unhappy with the “slop” in the bolt movement. I have read some threads online stating that one can use a premier bolt assembly in a B14 gun. Does anyone have experience or know anything about this? I have held a premier line rifle in stores and love the bolt feel and stuff. thinking that upgrade would be cheaper than a new rifle

I haven’t tried this, so I just swapped the bolts from one of my premier rifles into a B14 Hunter to see what it would feel like. I actually didn’t feel any difference in the amount of slop.

Is the issue that the bolt is binding at the back when pushing forward? I haven’t had any issues with the bolt slop on Bergaras.
