Lately, my Hornady Auto Charge Pro has been going over on grain weight. Its at least 35%-45% of the time, making loading very slow. I have tried different speeds and time, but I’m not getting much better results over the course of ~20 loads.
Can anyone recommend settings that work for your machine that I can try. I am 100% NOT in the market yet for a new Powder Measure, not in the budget. I just want to make this one work.

I know mine will go over much more often with some powders. I can’t remember which powders were bad. I pretty much always use the slowest setting.
I’m curious, does the Hornady specify a recalibration process before each use?
Hornady says to let the unit sit for 5 minutes minimum after turning it on to let it stabilize. Just checked and it does say to calibrate each time, which I wasn’t doing. I will try that and see if that does it.
Also check for anything electronic nearby. My phone was somehow messing with mine. It caused small variations (.2-.4 grains).
