Huge win for CA. Judge Benitez ruled that all the laws CA was relying on for background checks for ammo and restrictions on out of state vendors and importation were unconstitutional and stated that no law enforcement or any DOJ employee can enforce the laws or the criminal charges associated with them. I’m not a lawyer so someone else might be able to explain it better but this is a major step towards having our rights restored.
