Customer Service Shout outs

Two companies have this week given better than expected customer service.
Razco - I could not find my extension straps to connect the holster to my bino harness. I emailed and in less than a week I had them sent to me no charge and no questions asked.
Teslong Bore scope - I let slip the 26” rod down the bore and it center punched the camera lens on the firing pin. Put a dent in it and made it unusable. emailed them and asked to just buy a replacement rod rather than whole kit. They asked a couple questions and said they are sending me
a new rod free of charge this week. I figured a new rod would be $75 or so.
So both of these companies were responsive and went above my expectations for issues that were of my own making.

I’ve got one more for you.
BPI Outdoors. I’ve had minor issues with a Durasight scope rail that was milled too thin at the screw holes (screws would seat completely) and a CVA muzzle loader that sheared off the locking lug. Both times they picked up the phone, listened to my problem, and delivered a solution. Best customer service I’ve found in the market!
