Dented Brass - reload or not?

Hey guys. I am just getting into reloading and had a question about reloading dented brass. I added an example, but I have a few 300 win mag cases that have dents here. What do you guys think? Are they fine?

That’s one of an odd spot to get a dent. I don’t think I’d shoot that. Looks like the dent includes part of the shoulder.

Thanks Jim. That’s what I was thinking. This is the only one with a dent in the shoulder too. The others just have a dent in the side. It’s only like 6 of em, but I figured I would ask.

Think I figured out what was causing it. I noticed it when doing a full resize of a 1 time fired brass case. The die must have had a build up of wax or something must have gotten in it. Cleaned it out and it seems to not be having the issue anymore on the body or the shoulder.

I’m thinking I will toss the ones that dented after resizing on the shoulder, but the ones with only body dents I think I’ll use possibly as sight ins.

You’ll probably be fine with that plan. Technically the debt decreases case volume but my guess is that it’d not be huge difference as long as you’re not near pressure limits.
