Jim, I would like you and the backfire community to hear about my experience with customer service at Fierce
I have a Fierce Carbon Rival in 6.8 western. Last weekend I had an extractor plunger break in my bolt. I called Fierce and they emailed me a shipping label. I shipped them the bolt on Monday (from Alabama) and received a brand new bolt today. WOW!! What great customer service… We complain when customer service is bad… so I think we should praises the ones that go beyond expectations!
