Just curious wanted to get ideas of guns that are just fun to shoot. no real purpose just the gun you always end up pulling up out when plinking at the range.
Mine would be the Henry lever action 22 or the 22 LR conversion kit on my ar15.
My wives would be the mini 14.
CVA scout suppressed in 300 blackout subsonic. Crazy cheap, easy on ammo with the single shot, and usually ends up being the most used gun when I take family out.
- Anything 22LR, with a can.
- T1X in 17 HMR, also with a can.
- Older revolvers, both SA and DA.
- Ruger No1 in 218 Bee and 257 Roberts
An old suppressed ruger 10/22 I keep next to the window in my shop. I’ve killed a TON of squirrels off my corn pile behind my shop!

357 mag in a lever gun—Marlin, Rossi, Henry, any of them are good. My fave is the new Ruger made Marlin—I think they are the best Marlins yet.

Any 22LR with a dueling tree and KYL targets is a blast for the family. I also love my savage 17. HMR
