Curious if anyone has tried this method for producing light/low recoil loads. If so, what cartridge(s)? How did it work? …reliable & consistent ignition? …acceptable accuracy? …consistent precision?

PS - safety note: I was reviewing load data today based on H4895 for several cartridges. In one case I looked at data from three different sources and they were significantly different. Hodgdon says their 60% starting point is based on the max load given in their - Hodgdon’s - data. Don’t apply it to some other data, esp if the max load is lower than Hodgdon’s (i.e., 60% will be lower).
