Feb 5th I ordered my recoil pad, got it a week later but was the wrong one confirmed by your help desk (was sent one for tika not the mst chassis)
Anyways it’s been waiting for the correct pad since feb 13th for the correct pad. To date I still don’t have it.
Hey Jim. Something really weird must be happening with shipping to you. Looking back at the email, it looks like we sent the pad and USPS lost the shipment. Then we sent a second one and emailed you so we had assumed it was solved.
Anyway, sorry that this happened. Really odd. We’re shipping a third time right now. I really have no idea what happened with the shipments. The tracking says still awaiting delivery even though it’s been weeks.
We sent this email to you and haven’t received any further message from you, so we had thought it was solved.
“I checked your tracking number and unfortunately USPS used the same tracking number for both shipments, so it just says it was delivered on the 12th of February. I was on the phone with them for a half hour this morning and the only thing they said we could do was wait and hope it arrives, so we will create a brand new order in your name (so that it generates a different tracking number) and ship it out today in the priority mail. If both end up arriving you can write “return to sender” on the second package and it should come back to us. I’m sorry about all this hassle, we’ll try to get you taken care of as quickly as possible.”
