I have 1500 to 2500 to buy or build a 7prc what to do?

THe title says it all… I have had guns built before but the cost is almost better to buy a prebuilt… I don’t like christensen arms… I have a good 300 win in christianssen mesa but I have read it is hit and miss in their products…

So should I build, which I have my cost at a minimum at 1900 using a donor gun I have in the safe…

Or should I bite the bullet and spend a little more and get a reputable manufactuer?

if buy a prebuilt where would you look for 2500 range.

Fierce carbon rival is what I would get in that range

@backfire What are your thoughts on the Fierce carbon rogue vs the carbon rival fp? I know you did the review on the rogue, but do you have any experience with the Rival at all? Whats your recommendation between those 2 guns?

I have an old remington 700 that is just sitting …but gunsmiths are hard to find nowadays too… I really have a lot of guns that are suitable donors though

Rival is great and I prefer the stock to the rogue.

Thanks this will probably be the way I go … having said that do you expect to see a big jump into 7prc game over then next year or so… It seems as popular as this rifle is right now everyone would be jumping in … as a handloader this rifle seems like the perfect north american rifle.
by the way thanks for the reloading course… as a 12 year hand loader… I wish I would have had this resource 13 years ago when I bought my equipment…
