I think that’s a mistake on the price so I’d get it. MAP is $649
I think Ares is a good scope for the price. I have had an issue where I dialed and it didn’t move the reticle and then I dialed more and it “snapped” into place. I think most shooters wouldn’t recognize it happening but it definitely can lead to a miss. But it was only once that I saw it happen, but I haven’t gone back to that scope to see if it’d happen again.
Still, I think Ares is a good scope and worth the money. I don’t trust it as much as I trust the Element Titan, but I still really like it.
Thanks @backfire. So If you had the chance of getting one of the Athlon Ares BTR Gen 2 4.5-27x50
OR
A Demo model of the Athlon Helos BTR Gen 2 4.5-20x50 for the same price. Which one would you choose? Any input would be so greatly appreciated please.
