Hey guys first year hunting elk here in idaho(resident) needing some help got kicked out of 51(found a herd just ran out of time to hunt the unit). Really need some help with unit 29 or advice on if I should switch to 37/37a.
3rd baby girl on the way will be here in 2 weeks or any day now,so any help would be AMAZING. I’m used to driving 2-2:30 hours everyday so I don’t mind switching units if there’s better potential else where.
I’ve hunted a lot just east of there, and a lot just west of there, but I’m sorry, I have no good intel on those particular units.
