Kelby Nanook -long range hunter

So, Im giving this a real look for.my next weapon.
https://kelbly.com/nanook-mg-rifle/

I have my tikka 6.5 creedmoor.for deer
Savage 30-06 for my bigger game.like elk or.maybe moose… and i wanted a savage to.strip down and rebuild on my own.
Now, i want to be sure i have a.looooong distance hunter.

It’s available in 300prc, 338 lapua, and apparently 7mm PRC.

Im thinking of the 7mm PRC just because im nervous about a 300PRC recoil on a 7lb rufle.

@backfire

Think i can get similar for.less money?

for a hunting rig -a 26” barrel seems a bit long - add 7-9” for suppressor then hanging out 35”? Folding stock helps but seems like a bit of an oxymoron. But maybe?

Well, the Mg Lite is now available in 7 PRC.

It’s the same chassis. 22 inch barrel. Bout $1000 cheaper.

Yeah the problem is finding a lefty.
Though, i did see an Oryx that was a lefty.

$1000 savings would be grewt though

I said screw it, and contacted them regarding the 26" barrel.

Apparently these rifles were originally designed for mountain to mountain hunting in europe.
They now make a 22" barrel.

Their folding stock does not fold over the bolt. It is the opposite side of the bolt.Technically, it reduces the length, but increases the width!
Have you looked at Christensen MESA Long Range in 338 LM? I recently bought one at half the price of they charge for this. But, it is 26"-27". Also, the time I bought it, they had a special going giving back up to $750 (I received $400 gift card and I picked up a Leupold scope plus the mount.
