So I wanted to throw this out for people who use a plumb bob to level their scope. Set you plumb bob close to the wall, but rather than look through the scope take and shine a bright light through the objective lens and the beam will show the crosshairs on the wall through the ocular lens. rotate the scope till the image lines up with the plumb bob.
The other option is an electronic device that is used to level the rifle. the one in the photo also has a bubble level as well as the digital read out. Then use a bubble level on the turret and rotate the scope to match the bubble level on the rifle level.
