Not really, but I have been hunting for a Marlin 1895 Dark (45-70) for some time now and then I “have to” watch you with your new lever pew pew @Jim. I don’t think I would be secure enough at the range to bring out the all yellow boom stick, but that is a pretty sweet gun.
Just know that when I finally am able to get mine, I am not a copy cat. I had already planned my build to be fairly similar to yours (just not yellow).
… and @backfire, do you plan to make a Backstop for that Midwest Industries stock. I have never had my hands on one so I don’t know if its glued on or if its screwed on.
That’s funny. I just watched his video earlier and immediately went looking for the same ar-15 style lever gun on gunbroker. I found this: Citadel Levtac-92 45 Colt 16.5" Ranger Point Precision RPP with starting bid of $660 with 4 days to go.
I even went to midwest industries to see if they had any mention of it. Curious to see how much that custom work cost?
