Jim how about a podcast on the in’s and out’s of NFA. Should one get a trust? Is an SBR good or bad? Are the “fuel filters” ok assuming you pay the tax stamp? At what point is getting an FFL worth while? What about the government going after FFL?

I would love a podcast on this. I think a topic that doesn’t get talked about much is what happens when the trustee dies. What does the family do to liquidate the NFA items as not everyone in the family is into the lifestyle.
