Really enjoying NRL22. Shot a match with my son Ruger and @Coyote_Dentist
I did decent but this next month I’m gonna actually practice and see if I can give it a real shot.
Anyone else doing a local NRL22 match? So low key, cheap, and usually only lasts a couple hours on a Saturday morning.
I used the Bergara B14R with an Arken scope and Lapua Center X ammo.
Yeah I’ve gone to a local PRS rimfire which is similar but targets out to ~300. My personal issues were that my T1x wasn’t very consistent out to that range with any ammo I could test and I recently found out my Arken EP5 has a broken parallax knob. Working on getting stuff resolved but should be back out there with this thing Jan-Feb:
Yes, that was a kick in the pants. I took my 10 year old and he is such a little guy, but is was cool to hear the plink and the spotter yell “impact” and his face lighting up when he would get done. He was using his sister’s ruger precision and i was using my CZ 455, bull barrel. We were useing hornady Tac 22.
I want to get a youth comp going in Cedar. What sizes of targets does the 22NRL use? I think we only saw 2" and 4" this weekend.
