I’ve been using a Lyman 55 powder measure for years with no trouble. Now that I’m playing with higher charge volume extruded powders the 55 doesn’t cut it unless I divide my charge by half, double throw and hope. So, I snagged a new Lyman Brass-smith on clearance at Scheel’s. Franklin, it’s a better sinker for fishing than measuring powder with 1 grain swings of ball and flake powder standard and up to 5 grains with extruded. So I’m trying to make up my mind on one of the little hand trickles or suck it up and snag a Hornady or comparable digital scale/trickler so I’m not fed up after 10 charges. Any other sub $500 recommendations?
