Is there an up to date list of available pad models or what is being designed next on the production schedule?
I know this is mostly a long range gun following but what about us shorter shooters, aka
Marlin1895 SBL 45-70. I want that pad so bad!

We don’t really have an exact list of what models are next on the list to make because it depends on what we find as we start designing.
You can always see an updated list of what’s available by going to the Backstop page and simply clicking the form info to see what brands/models are there. We’re adding about 3 new designs a week!
Have you considered designing a pad for AR milspec stocks? I have a 243 that I had to re-chassis so now it has a milspec butt stock with a nice little pad on it, but its not as nice as yours.
We’ve been looking at the AR designs and have held off because there are just SOOOO many designs that we’re kind of expecting people to order without knowing what buttstock they have and then it’ll create a lot of returns, but we should really just create it and have a warning on there for people to “mind thy buttstock” 
Unfortunately, MANY companies call their buttstock “mil spec” if it ATTACHES the way a mil-spec does, but they have different butt pad shapes.
I’ll send that to Paden to start work on. He’s also starting to tackle shotgun models.
Fun fact: Backfire has the widest selection of recoil pads on the market. Period. We have pads for more guns than even Limbsaver now. Just wish we were making millions of them like Limbsaver is, LOL

On the subject of shotguns, I see you have a pad for the maverick 88. Are Maverick parts interchangeable with the Mossberg 500? I have an 80’s model 500A that I’d love to get a pad for.
Also, I see you do not ship internationally, any plans on changing that or getting something in place that will facilitate this?
Will the winchester model 70 xtr recoil pad fit on all model 70s or just a specific xtr?
