I am thinking about mounting a red dot on my Alaskan Firearms Bush Pilot Marlin in 45/70 and 450 Alaskan. This would replace the 2X Leupold IER presently on the rifle. Can anyone recommend a robust sight that would be appropriate for dangerous game?
I went LVPO, but I put a Romeo 5 on my 300blkout and I like that. Cant beat an EOTech XPS2.
