Should I wait on Caldwell's Velociradar?

Was excited when Jim reported from Shot Show about Caldwell’s velociradar with a $500 price point, a $100 less than Garmin. However, I see on Caldwell’s website the price is up to $550. So, with the Garmin now only $50 more, I’m wondering whether I should continue to wait for Caldwell or just go with the Garmin? Thoughts? Comments

I’d go Garmin for sure. The Caldwell looks like it would have done well if it was released before the Garmin, but now that the Garmin is out, I think the Caldwell is outdated before it even launched.
