Site in Targets

Hi All

On what paper size should the site-in targets (as per downloads) be printed e.g. A3 or A4 paper size.

I print mine on standard letter paper which is about A4 size and they come out perfectly

If you print on A4 - measure the detail sizes. I think the are made to size correctly for US size A

I have a question about the sight in target. I am not sure how to use it. I assume this is for 100 yds?
I assume when it says 2moa clicks down that is on a 1/4 moa per click scope? I do not understand the 13 or 17 moa clicks. Should these be 14 and 18 to center of circle?
Also I paid for them. I can unload from the backfire website?
