Wanted to ask the group, when you have to clean your suppressor(s), what has worked well for you and what type/brand of product would you recommend?
For centerfire, all of the company’s/manufacturers that I have purchased from state that is no cleaning to be done. The high heat that is generated does the cleaning for you. For rimfire, different story. I haven’t had to clean those a lot yet because I don’t shoot that much Rimfire but I would typically just dunk it in an ultrasonic cleaner and run that. However you should check with your manufacturer as some do not recommend that
You’ve hit on what my immediate need is which is cleaning my rimfire suppressor for which I was thinking of using an ultrasonic cleaner.
I was hoping to receive from the group which ones they would recommend.
