Suppressor question

I have a form 1 suppressor that had a separation on the blast baffle. It’s all titanium. I have a pretty good sized blast chamber (4.5”), and there is no evidence of a baffle strike. I think it built up too much pressure and that’s what caused the separation. Was curious if anyone had any thoughts? My first thoughts on the remedy are to use an SS blast baffle and then maybe put in some more holes for the gasses to escape?

In the pic there is the baffle with the separation and then for reference an intact one

Yeah, seems like drilling more holes or a larger hole would probably do the trick.
