Fierce sent me a notice about the TTH Outdoor Extravaganza, Jan 9-11. More outfitters than anything. Picked up some brochures on Texas Outfitters, as I would like to shoot an Aoudad Sheep and a Mule Deer. Lots of outfitters all over the world, Africa, New Zealand, Alaska, etc.
Visited with the guys at Fierce a while. They have made some improvements to the Mountain Reaper Chasis. Be sure and check that out at Shot Show next week Jim!

Curious to see what they did with the chassis. I suggested they give it an optics cut in this iteration because the old one had clearance issues for some scopes. Hope they took that suggestion.
Not sure everything but they gave an adjustable cheek riser, and I think changed the rear folding stock locking mechanism. I asked if the existing stock could be modified to accept the new improvements, but they said you would have to change the whole chassis. The existing cheek riser is adjustable but the new one is push button adjustable. Since i am the only one who shoots mine I don’t need to adjust on the fly. Never had an issue with the folding stock locking mechanism.

Actually just picked up flyers on some of the West Texas outfitters. Haven’t taken the time to look at them. Will advise if I see anything interesting.
