Tikka T3x Ace 7PRC

Watching Jim’s review of the Superlite and how it seemed to struggle with the 7 PRC. Has anyone here had hands-on experience running the same cartridge in the new ACE (either the Game or the Target version)?

Obviously, its a big step up being nearly 4 pounds heavier and built around a much more ergonomic chassis compared to the older “Tupperware” stock. My assumption is that the added weight and improved design should tighten up the groups considerably, but I’d be interested to hear from anyone who’s actually put rounds through it.

I’d be interested to see how it performs in the Ace platform too. Haven’t seen one.

FYI, the Game comes in 7PRC, but the Target doesn’t.

Doesn’t the ACE Target use the barrel and action of the Super Varmint? Tikka has sku’s for the SV in 7PRC, but don’t know if they are importing them.

Set the Ace Game up for a friend in 7prc and getting 3/4 inch groups. I Just watched him drop a Blesbok from 350 yards in Africa. He loves the gun and it is performing excellent

Was that 3/4” group with a surpressor, brake, or just the straight barrel?

Yes it was a 6.5 creed with the Sako ammo.

I mentioned earlier I set up the Ace 7prc for afreind for our Africa Trip it did not disappoint he loves the gun and it shot groups just under inch. He had Burris Elimiator 6 on it The PH shot a. Cold Bore target with 3 foot round gong from 1000 yards ding!!!
