Any update on the new version of turret tags? Just curious what will be changing with the new version and when they might be released. Happy to sit tight if you’re not ready to announce any details yet.

We did another prototype done last week and it still needs some tweaking. You’d think stickers would be easy, lol. With these stickers being extremely small and also needing to have a very strong adhesive, it’s trickier than it might seem.
The new version will be a much stronger adhesive. The goal is to not need the clear strip to wrap around the stickers, even though we’ll still provide it for people that like a belt and suspenders approach.
We’ll also be releasing a version for 22lr and muzzleloaders.
I think this next prototype has a good chance of success. We should be ready to ship in March.

Hey Jim, I have an order pending for some back-ordered turret tags (didn’t realize you were working on a 2.0 version). Safe to assume that the 2.0 version will be what ships my way once you approve the quality you are looking for? Thanks!
I don’t know for sure where we are with the back orders right now. If you send an email to help@backfireshop.com you could ask Maddy to be sure to only ship the new ones.
