Just FYI. As you know sometimes customer service at many vendors is weak. With Vortex they just hit a grand slam with me!
I purchased some Vortex 5000 HD sweet Range finder binos and lost the lens covers at 10,000 feet in CO flat tops. I Emailed Vortex and they immediately sent me the objective lens covers and ocular lens covers at no cost! It was quick and no questions asked. A+ for customer service. So just an fyi if you are thinking of ordering binos, scopes etc.
I too can not comment enough on how great the service is at Vortex. I bought a rifle with an already mounted “Spitfire Scope” but it came with no info or caps. I called vortex and they immediately sent out not only the caps, but a mounting tool and a hat and welcomed me to Vortex Nation. I now have 2 more of their scopes and I also bought the Fury 5000.

Same experience. I lost turret caps - gave them a call to see about buying them and they said no worries and sent them out to me. My fault for losing the caps, so that was great.
