Vortex Edge Hunter Marksman course

I just gotback from Vortex HQ where i attended Hunter Marksman. The instructors are top tier former military and LE. They covered rifle set up, a tutorial on the Geoballistic app which vortex owns. We zeroed our rifles entered the data in GB then worked on positional shooting. Day 2 we were in the field where we validated our data out to 500 yds. Then we shot off tripods used them for support, off a simulated brush pile and a cattle gate. We had to range the targets which were10” round, dial in the distance and shot.

I thought the course was fantastic and i feel confident with longer range shots. I feel blessed that i was able to attend they only do 3 sessions a year with 8 students in the class.

We shot out to 500 yards, but i feel confident shooting longer distance with the instruction i received. It was a great experience at a bargain cost of $600 for two solid days of training.

What was included in the $600? Just the course, or was there more?

Just the course and lunch daily. 4 instructors 8 students so lots of 1 on 1.
