I found a screaming deal on a T3X Lite Compact 6.5 CM last week. I am buying a factory new tikka t3x lite 22-250 1in8 twist barrel today. My plan is to have it rechambered to 22 CreedMoor. All the research I did says the bolt and action from the 6.5 CM should work seamlessly with the 22 CM. I was hoping someone on here could give me a final confirmation that my plan should work ASAP please 
While it was the Ruger gen 2 6.5 cm I switched it to a 22cm barrel and worked as advertised

Yes the 6.5 Creed action will work perfectly fine, it’s the same case, just the 22 Creed is necked down to .22 cal
