What is Faster?

Trying to decide between two barrel options. Which would give the fastest velocity for 22 CM.
1- 24" Proof Barrel with a 1 in 7 Twist?
2- 26" Proof Barrel with a 1 in 8 Twist?

Excluding any different load parameters

  • Two extra inches will give a more efficient burn which translates to more speed.
  • One inch slower twist would offer less resistance which translates to more speed however minimal.

#2 should give you an additional ~50-75fps
