Just a tip. We buy many thousands of rounds per year. Prices in stores are nuts, so we’ve spent a couple weeks trying to find better suppliers.
We buy our precision rifle ammo on TargetSportsUsa. We paid for a membership there that gives an 8% discount and free shipping all year. I can usually buy a box of 20 for most cartridges for around $35/box.
For brands of ammo, we mostly get Sig Marksman or Marksman Hunter ammo. I don’t know what they do to their ammo, but most every gun we put it in shoots well. We don’t buy hardly any Hornady anymore, which used to be our go-to. We get a decent amount of Federal.
For pistol and 223, we buy online from HSL ammo. Haven’t found anyone who can beat their prices. It’s reloaded ammo so it’s much cheaper.
