Hi @backfire, I recently watched your bipod video on your second channel. I was curious why you didn’t recommend Harris bipods alongside MDT as your cheaper option. I have a harris bipod, and it has been good for everything I have thrown at it. I have not tried a ton of bipods though, so maybe Harris is missing some key features nowadays.
Harris bipods are very functional. Used them thousands of times. Great inexpensive and simple option.
If I were buying today, though, I like the easier attachment of the MDT on sling studs, the lack of the springs that have snapped my fingers hundreds of times, and I feel like the MDT is more stable as well.
Oh yeah I saw that better sling stud connection in your video, that is slick. I have also wondered if the MDT has a wider stance making it more stable.
